Salazar) had a gold door handle in UP. Is it true, terror daw sya nun dun? If so, sobrang naiiba sya sa la salle. I even bought their (him as patnugot and some students here na nag collaborate) book "Kalinangan" and had him sign it. (an advantage of being his student)

-CherieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5246289.post-1099619172486783552004-11-05T09:46:00.000+08:002004-11-05T09:46:00.000+08:00I used to see Prof. Salazar on the UP campus from ...I used to see Prof. Salazar on the UP campus from time to time. One of my regrets is that I never had the guts to ask to sit in.Ronnel Limhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15604678936524323827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5246289.post-1099468027240500472004-11-03T15:47:00.000+08:002004-11-03T15:47:00.000+08:00i was a student of Dr. Salazar in dlsu. Sadly, he ...i was a student of Dr. Salazar in dlsu. Sadly, he had to retire. It was his last term and we got the chance to be the last batch of students in history of psychology (graduate school). We actually made a book (kumpilasyon) in the said class. always leaving the class with the question "ano ang sigaw ng bayan?" to which we respond "KAKAYANIN!". Such a nice and intelligent man. :) Hope to visit him in his abode in UP one of these days..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5246289.post-1097943091361849632004-10-17T00:11:00.000+08:002004-10-17T00:11:00.000+08:00Nope, I was never his student, but I know someone ...Nope, I was never his student, but I know someone who was and she would tell me stories about his lectures whenever I happen to meet her. Through that friend I had something akin to a vicarious experience of his class. My freshman history professor discussed extensively the pantayong pananaw and forever disabused us of saying the Euro-centric "Far East." I didn't know Prof Salazar's from Albay. I come from Sorsogon. Almost neighbors.Ronnel Limhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15604678936524323827noreply@blogger.com
