The Sangguniang Bayan is currently deliberating on a draft bill regarding the regulation or banning of plastic bags in the Municipality of Gubat. The objective of the bill is to minimize the waste we are currently generating especially since we are beginning to see plastic waste floating in bodies of water in the municipality.
