The Manila Times reports today that Joma Sison wants the peace talks cancelled because the the US treasury froze royalties on sales of his book. The book referred to is Jose Maria Sison: At Home in the World (Portrait of a Revolutionary), Conversations with Ninotchka Rosca, whose title refers to its New York-based coauthor (who, incidentally, will do a book signing for the same title in Manila come August 19, see earlier blog below).
