Web prowl

The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars presents a collection of essays on George Bush and East Asia: A First Term Assessement (pdf). The World Bank has created a new Energy and Mining Website for East Asia and Pacific. TIME draws up its list of 50 coolest websites on the web.
