Shotlisters
· graduate of either library science/mass communications/journalism
· willing to work either of the following schedules: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am
· familiar with government personalities
· excellent in written communication
· writes legibly
· likes to watch television
· can start as soon as possible

Indexers
· graduate of library science
· excellent grades in indexing
· writes legibly
· willing to start immediately

Encoders
· graduate of any course
· willing to work either of the following schedules: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am
· typing speed of 40wpm
· computer literate
· can start immediately
